Welcome to Rancho Bonitos!! We are a small, not for profit,  55+ co-op whose members own both our RVs/park models and have an ownership interest in our individual lots.  Our park is located in a quiet, rural setting surrounded by citrus trees, while only 15 minutes to shopping.

Our dues of $1800.00 annually include water, garbage, sewer, and the real estate tax on common areas, as well as on each individual lot.  You pay only personal property tax and insurance on your RV/Park model.

Our Park is intended for short term seasonal stays (October 15-April 15), not four season living.

We are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors with paid park hosts and a full time maintenance person.  In addition, members regularly  work together to make our winter home better for everyone.  Whether it's organizing a park dinner or breakfast; fixing and painting the lane-way lights; leading a Zumba class; hosting a coffee hour, painting the numbers on the sidewalks, fixing the hot water heater, hosting a hot dog roast, working in the office, or having the neighbors over for a happy hour, we work together everyday.
