Rancho Bonitos is a 55+ non profit co-op park whose members own RV/Park models and own a share of Rancho Bonitos.  Our park is located in a quiet rural setting, only 15 minutes away from shopping.  Our dues of $1500.00 annually include sewer, water, garbage and real estate tax on the common areas.  Property Tax on your Park Model/RV, other utilities, Rural Metro(Fire Department Access) and property insurance are not included.

Our Park is intended for short term seasonal stays (October-April)
