Q1. If I want to do work on my home (e.g. remodel, add on, build a deck, add a car port, add laundry facilities etc), do I need Board approval?
Yes, if you are doing any work on your unit, you need to fill in the attached form to request approval in advance of starting. The Board's decision is based on the principle that you always need to meet county requirements. Where permits are required by the county, in addition to having Board approval of your project, you will need to provide them with a copy of the building permit.

Q2. Are there quiet hours for the park?
Yes. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. If you have contractors coming into the park, you are asked to ensure they refrain from loud noise until 8:00 AM. Also, for all summer contract work members must notify Harold Anderson for security reasons.
